We want you to absolutely love your minis. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work at Mini Mercantile Co.
Order Cancellations & Changes
We understand that plans can shift.
Orders may be canceled any time on the same day the order was placed.
After that window, we begin prepping, packing, or crafting your minis and can no longer cancel.
Returns & Exchanges (U.S. Orders Only)
Eligibility
U.S. orders may be eligible for return under the guidelines below:
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Item must be shipped back promptly in original or similar protective packaging
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Items must be unused and undamaged
If the returned item arrives not in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
Digital downloads cannot be returned
Because inbound customs fees on returns can be extremely high, we cannot accept returns on international orders
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping).

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to find the best solution.
