The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Mini Mercantile Co., a tiny-but-mighty one-maker studio dedicated to creating handcrafted, vintage-inspired 1:12 scale miniatures for adult collectors. Mini Mercantile Co. operates this website and online shop (the “Services”), which are powered by Shopify.

Our products are handcrafted in small batches and often contain unique variations — this is part of their charm and not considered a defect.

Colors and details may appear differently depending on your screen settings. We do our best to photograph items clearly, but what you see may not perfectly reflect what you receive.

Limit product quantities

Retire or modify designs

Change pricing without notice

Refuse or cancel orders if something appears suspicious or inconsistent with normal collector use

Our minis are not intended for children and should be handled with care.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until payment is processed and we confirm acceptance.

We may decline, modify, or cancel an order if:

A product becomes unavailable

There is a pricing or listing error

Payment authorization fails

The order appears to be for resale or non-personal use

The order contains incorrect or unverifiable information

If an order change or cancellation occurs, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details you provided.

All purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Prices may change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import fees.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We pack each miniature with great care, but once a package is handed to USPS, transit times and delays are outside our control. We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Customs processing times

Lost or stolen packages

Title and risk transfer to you once USPS accepts the shipment.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including photographs, product descriptions, graphics, branding, designs, and logos — is owned by Mini Mercantile Co. or its licensors.

Mini Mercantile Co.’s name, logo, and product designs are trademarks or trade dress of Mini Mercantile Co. Shopify’s marks belong to Shopify. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Mini Mercantile Co. is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly with Mini Mercantile Co., not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any product, service, transaction, injury, or loss related to your purchases from us.
