At Mini Mercantile Co., we want every tiny treasure to arrive safely and feel just as magical as you hoped. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your minis.

Processing Time

Our minis are handmade with care.
Processing time is 7–10 business days, though we often ship faster whenever possible.

If you have a question about timing for a gift or special project, you’re always welcome to reach out — we’ll do our best to help.

Carriers & Methods

All orders ship through USPS using Pirate Ship (connected via Shopify).
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

International Shipping

We happily ship internationally; however:

Tariffs, VAT, customs fees, and import taxes are not included in product or shipping prices

These fees are the buyer’s responsibility once the package reaches your country

Because inbound customs fees on returns can be extremely high, we cannot accept returns on international orders

We also reserve the right to cancel any international order if the shipping address is invalid, incomplete, restricted, or cannot be recognized by USPS or Pirate Ship. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once USPS has your package, delivery timelines are out of our hands. If your order seems delayed, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help — but we cannot guarantee replacement for carrier delays or errors.
